Small space, big personality
Nestled in the heart of The Irvine Ranch, the village of Rancho San Joaquin was centered around a sprawling 18-hole golf course. Today, this community is a little more town than country as Irvine has blossomed into a thriving metropolis. Greenbelts and distant city lights define the landscape of these urban bungalows.

The architecture was ahead of its time; soaring ceiling heights and walls of glass gave this small space a big personality. Furnished with antiques and modern heirloom pieces.
