Cool Coastal Comfort from the bleached blonde walnut flooring throughout to the linen drapery flowing in the sea breeze, Tide Watch blends 1970’s modern with Northern Italian styling; SoCal casual meets Orange County refinement.

Where Coastal Casual meets Sophisticated Formality, a soft textural backdrop is punctuated with striking Bold Colorful upholstery and art throughout. Custom Hammerton lighting and Murano glass sparkle like jewelry in the Gallery Salon.

Architectural Themes of Modernity with floating ceilings, ambient light reveals, open-air staircase, glazing, millwork and stone detailing finished in minimal authentic materials that speak of understated luxury.

A kitchen fit-for-a-Chef, minimalist and soft-spoken, this kitchen feels like an extension of the living space but is ultimately utilitarian featuring Luxury Italian-made House of Rohl decorative plumbing fixtures and German-made Miele appliances. A large Iron window floods the space with natural light framed by Calcutta Gold with tangerine trees in view.

It’s hard to choose a favorite, but I do love the Mid-Century inspired swivel tub chairs and flush-set marble integrated lazy-susan in the sun-drenched Morning Room.

Here, Soft Modern is informed by a background in Mid-Century design and an artisan approach to assembling the interiors. In the Great Room, Wasabi Green, Hermes Orange and Royal Blue create focal accents to a sprawling low multi-use sectional and monolithic Calcutta and Basalt linear fireplace.

Xander designed most of the Award-Winning furniture throughout creating a truly bespoke artisan experience from space-to-space focusing on simplicity of form and simple ingredients.

The Resort-Like Backdrop of the Owners Suite was inspired by global travel and a luxury approach to hospitality. This sleep sanctuary embraces with built-to-suite amenities including a custom channel tufted bed and a World-Class retreat.

The Ultra Bench Xander originally designed for this project went on to win the 2023 Prize Design For Furniture + Lighting Award.

Hollywood Glam meets Italian Modernity in the spa-like bath. His & Hers bolection molding frames out back-lit symmetrical floating vanities with a freestanding bathtub centerstage under a champaign gold leafed ceiling.

The Calcutta-clad steam shower with ocean views is the ultimate indulgence.

Everyone’s favorite room in the house; a boutique experience was our muse for this ultra-luxe closet. Light textural oak, smoke mirror and backlit everything was inspired by a trip to Milan visiting the creative director and talent behind a major luxury fashion brand.
