While the exterior boasts of Northern Italian provincial classicism, Noori’s interior design speaks of soft modernity. This is the clients third multi-million-dollar custom home built in Orange County. Every corner and detail of the 10,000+ square foot interior is well appointed with an entrance that says welcome home.
A spa-like hospitality approach to Everyday Living..
Early-on our clients said, ‘I want to feel like we live in a resort-like environment’
The home has seven expansive sliding glass door walls on three levels creating an immersive indoor-outdoor experience. We sought to create spaces that flowed right outside, capitalizing on our sunny Southern California coastal weather.
Noori used design elements that will stand the test of time, especially when it came to finish materials including stone, wood and color. They assembled a fully neutral palette with exception of a pale coastal blue. The art and accents create contrast while the overall feel is soft-spoken blending opulent lighting with luxurious surfaces, and furnishings speaking of tranquil effortless beauty.
In the main Powder Bath, an emerald cut mirror floats on a wall of mirror. Both powders feature custom integrated stone sinks float wall-to-wall fabricated with modern linear drains.
The three-level custom spiral stone staircase shimmers with handmade Maya Romanoff glass wallpaper.
A family that thrives on hosting, an entire level was created for entertainment, complete with a full sports bar, cinema, and cocktail lounge which opens to an Italian grotto featuring the soothing sound of a twenty-foot-high water feature.
The ultimate party home.
The grounds and poolside lounge are thoughtfully assembled creating a personal oasis with expansive panoramic pacific coast views.
